Cumberland Drop-In Seniors’ Centre

This page was last reviewed on August 26, 2021.

The new Cumberland Drop-In Seniors’ Centre is a volunteer-led initiative that welcomes seniors of all ages and abilities to play games, pursue leisurely pastimes and enjoy the company of friends and neighbours.

Come enjoy some leisurely games like Bridge, Cribbage, Whist, Chess or Mahjong, or connect with others in the community to form a book club or sewing circle. Coffee, tea and/or other light refreshments will be available, subject to any COVID-19 restrictions. Keep your eyes open (and refer to this page) for details about guest speakers or specific activities, or just drop in to find out what’s going on.

The Seniors’ Centre is very much shaped by the community, so drop in, enjoy some leisure time and let us know how we can shape this new initiative to meet the needs of our community!
