Electronic Billing for Utilities and Property Taxes

Paperless eBilling is now available to property owners!
By enrolling for the eBilling service, you will receive your quarterly utility bills and 2023 annual property tax notice by email.
How to Enroll for eBilling
To enroll, you will need the following information:
- email address
- property tax roll number found on your your property tax notice
- civic address of your property
- phone number
Update My Email Address or Cancel My eBilling Enrollment
Click on the button below to update your email address or cancel your enrollment. If you cancel your enrollment, you will again receive paper copies of your property tax notice and utility bills in the mail.
Multiple Owners at the Same Mailing Address
If there is more than one owner of your property who have the same mailing address, each owner must enroll for eBilling to avoid receiving a paper copy to that mailing address. This is required by Provincial legislation.
Ownership of More Than One Property in the Village
If you own multiple properties in the Village, you must enroll for the service for each property separately.
