Carlisle Lane Rezoning to be Discussed at March 11 Council Meeting

Posted on

An application for an OCP and zoning amendment for a 10 acre property located between Ulverston Avenue and Dunsmuir Avenue near the BMX track will be up for discussion at the March 11th Council meeting. The property is known as the old Jaro Nursery site. The application is for the development of 33 residential single family lots.

It is not expected that Council will consider readings of the bylaws until the March 25 Council meeting. If the OCP and zoning amendment bylaws receive first and second reading, a public hearing must be held before Council considers third reading of the bylaws.

For more information see the staff report in the March 11 Council meeting agenda. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. and is held in the Council Chambers located next to the Fire Hall.
