Free Recreation Programs on Tuesday, May 10, 2016

Celebrate BC Recreation and Parks Association’s Move for Health Day on Tuesday May 10, 2016 at Cumberland Recreaton.

Cumberland Recreation will be offering a number of free programs including:

  • Rise & Shine Fitness (7:00 – 8:00 am)
  • Body Fit 50+ yrs (8:45 – 9:45 am),
  • Iyengar Yoga (11:15 am – 12:00 pm),
  • Pure Training Fitness (6:00 – 7:00 pm), and
  • Drop in Basketball (7:30 – 8:45 pm).

Cumberland Recreation acknowledges the financial support of BCRPA in offering these free Move for Health Day programs.
