Wildsafe BC Offering Safe Wildlife Viewing Talk

WildSafeBC Provincial Coordinator Frank Ritcey will be coming to Cumberland on Wednesday October 11 2017, from 7-8 pm, to present his “Staying Safe on Both Sides of the Glass” talk.

Come to Council Chambers for an entertaining and educational evening of wildlife videos and stories from CBC’s “Outdoor Guy”. Frank was raised in the wilds of Wells Gray Provincial Park and has spent a lifetime photographing and videoing the wild animals of BC. Frank will share some of his videos along with stories and tips for aspiring nature photographers. He will be around for a Q&A session after the talk.

Council Chambers is located at 2675 Dunsmuir Avenue (next to the Fire Hall).

WildSafeBC is a program offered by the BC Conservation Foundation. It is designed to reduce human-wildlife conflict through education and other initiatives.
