Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1149, 2021

The general intent of Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1149, 2021 is to amend the land use designation of 2782 Ulverston Avenue from ‘Residential Infill’ to ‘Multi-Family’ and include 2782 Ulverston Avenue in the Development Permit Area No.7 – Residential Multi-Family.

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1150, 2021

The general intent of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1150, 2021 is to create a new ‘RM-5 Rental Tenure Multi-Family’ zone and to amend the zoning of 2782 Ulverston Avenue from the ‘R-1A Infill Residential’ zone to the new ‘RM-5 Rental Tenure Multi-Family Residential’ zone.
