Winter 2025 program registration opens Monday, November 18 at 7:00am! Click the link below to view the Winter Recreation Guide online. Guides will be available for pick up November 13 at the Cumberland Recreation Centre, Cumberland Library, and Seeds Natural Food Market. View other pick-up locations in the Comox Valley

General Registration Guidelines

  • Pre-registration is encouraged for all classes
  • Class sizes are limited and are filled on a first come first serve basis
  • Holidays: Facilities are closed and programs are not held on holidays unless otherwise indicated
  • Taxes: GST is included in the fees of all programs when majority of participants are over the age of 14 yrs
  • Waitlists: We review waitlists continually and whenever possible try to accommodate everyone
  • Cancellations: All classes are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration. These decisions are made up to one week prior to the start date, and a full refund will be issued for any cancelled programs. Register early to avoid disappointment.
  • Refunds: For information on refunds, please view the Cumberland Recreation Refund Policy.
  • Missed classes: Classes missed due to illness, weather, power failures or other events beyond our control will not be credited or refunded
