Penrith Avenue Road Improvement Design

Based on the feedback we received from residents and the community, the Penrith Avenue Road and Utilities Upgrades Project will include a one-way street design as well as being expanded to now include the blocks between First Street and Fourth Street.
In addition to surface improvements, we’ll be upgrading underground utilities to enhance service reliability and reduce maintenance needs. The existing infrastructure is aging and requires renewal to support long-term community growth.
