Public Works Emergencies
Call the Village Office at 250-336-2291 during office hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Outside regular office hours, call the public works emergency line at 250-702-3737 to report emergencies requiring immediate public works assistance, such as
- sanitary sewer and storm sewer breaks or back ups on the roadway
- major water line breaks
- downed trees
- downed traffic control signs
- road kill that is a danger to traffic
