It’s Cumberland’s annual Halloween Parade & Street Party! Dunsmuir Avenue will be closed to traffic from First Street – Fourth Street from 3:30-5:45pm. Please drive carefully and obey all traffic signage. Please see the Event Road Closure Map below.
