30 Minute Fitness Challenge with Cumberland Recreation

Join the Comox Valley 30 Minute Fitness Challenge on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 and add 30 minutes of activity to your daily routine.

Explore new ways to be active and healthy at Cumberland Recreation. Join us for a free class:

  • Yoga: 7:00 – 8:00 am
  • Circuit Fit: 9:45 – 10:15 am
  • Beginner Pickleball: 1:00 – 2:00 pm
  • Youth Climbing: 3:30 – 5:30 pm

Personal trainers will be on site in the fitness studio to help you learn how to use the new equipment and answer fitness related questions.

  • 10:50 – 11:50 am with Dana
  • 6 – 7 pm with Cathy
  • 7-8 pm with Anna

New fitness studio equipment includes

  • weight machines
  • a cable machine
  • two treadmills
  • a stepper
  • an elliptical
  • a concept II rower
  • rubber coated plates
  • kettle bells
  • stability balls
  • benches,
