Notice of Proposed Property Disposition and Intention to Provide Assistance
The Village of Cumberland intends to dispose of the following land and improvements for less than market value:
2674 Dunsmuir Avenue, Cultural Centre Building, First Floor
Legal Description: Lot B, Plan 29219, Sections 21 & 24, Nelson Land District
Tenant: Cumberland Lamplighters Old Age Pensioners’ Society, Branch No. 51
Nature of disposition: Lease
Lease term: Five years
Consideration received by the Village: $1 for the term
Extent of proposed assistance: Approximately $24 000 per year
