2023 Tax Sale Update

The 2023 municipal tax sale has been adjourned and will reconvene on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 10 a.m. at 2675 Dunsmuir Avenue.
To be eligible to bid, you must have on your persons proof of payment (cash or certified cheque are the ONLY accepted forms of payment) for the upset price at the time of bidding. The winning bidder will have until 3 p.m. the same day to provide the remainder of their payment by cash or certified cheque.
