The Corporation of the Village of Cumberland (“The Village”) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to enter into a contract for services for the completion of two development and investment readiness studies and data collection, geospatial analysis and policy development in support of “complete community” goals as part of the Village’s Official Community Plan Review.
