Wellington Colliery Trail Resurfacing

Parks staff have been busy working to raise up a section of the Wellington Colliery Trail in Coal Creek Historic Park near No. 1 Japanese Town. This section of trail had been perennially wet in the off season due to ongoing beaver damming activity in the area. By lifting the trail up in this section we hope to keep trail users feet a little bit drier during the winter months.
