The Village is updating its Zoning Bylaw to meet the needs of our growing community. A draft bylaw is ready for community review.
A Zoning Bylaw is a regulatory tool that translates policies from the Official Community Plan into regulations about how land can be used.

Drop in at the Masonic Hall at 2687 Dunsmuir Avenue. Review the draft at engagecomoxvalley.ca/cumberland or pick up a copy at the Village Office and give your feedback.
