Under the Official Community Plan, this site is within the Industrial Development Permit Area and an Environmentally Sensitive Area Development Permit Area. A development permit is required for development.
The industrial development permit considers siting, form and character, landscaping, outside storage, screening, lighting, signs, parking, and stormwater.
The environmental development permit considers site planning in regard to slopes, soils, mining shafts, storm water management and other matters.
