February 15, 2018 Meeting on Trilogy Initial Subdivision Cancelled

Update: Council has cancelled the February 15, 2018 Committee of the Whole meeting.
The Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for February 15, 2018 for the Trilogy Initial Subdivision environmental protection development permits, and replacement covenants is expected to be cancelled by Cumberland Council at its February 13, 2018 Council meeting. The developer was unable to provide the required documents in time for the agenda production and distribution for the February 15, 2018 meeting.
No new date is proposed at this point in time. The Village will be requiring completed replacement covenants documents before setting any future Committee of the Whole meeting dates. A proposed new date may be recommended to Council at its March 12, 2018 meeting. Check the Council meeting agenda closer to that date.
