The Fitness Studio face lift at Cumberland Recreation is finished! Drop on in to try out the new equipment, including
- weight machines
- a cable machine
- two treadmills
- a stepper
- an elliptical
- a concept II rower
- rubber coated plates
- kettle bells
- stability balls
- benches,
- and more!
Join us at the official opening on National Sports Day, November 18, 2015. Personal trainers will be on site in the fitness studio to help anyone learn how to use the new equipment and answer fitness related questions.
