Reassessment Project – Comox Valley Residential Properties

Please be advised the Courtenay office of BC Assessment will be reassessing residential properties in the municipalities and rural areas of the Comox Valley throughout the year.
Reassessment projects require that appraisers physically inspect the interior and exterior of properties.
A list of the appraiser’s name, type of vehicle and license number is provided for you. All appraisers will carry picture identification and have business cards.
