Request for Proposal – 4WD Tractor with Front Loader

The Village of Cumberland (“Village“) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents (“Proponents“) in response to this request for proposals (“RFP“) for the provision of Equipment and Services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for one (1) new Four-Wheel Drive Tractor with full cab and front loader attachment.
The Village seeks to purchase a machine that meets the technical and functional requirements for use that includes parks ground maintenance including mowing, aerating, and material spreading. The tractor will also load and move ground maintenance materials with a front loader bucket and may have other municipal applications. Proponents are also requested to list pricing for other options in Part F for pricing.
