Rotary Orchard Park Is In Good Hands

Posted on

Orchard Park will be known as Rotary Orchard Park to recognize the stewardship role that the Rotary Club of Cumberland Centennial has played in the park, which was acquired by the community in 2011 as part of the Coal Valley Estates development.

The park is located at the west end of Dunsmuir Avenue (known as Camp Road) and completes linkages from Derwent Park, Porky’s Path, the Camp Road Greenway and Coal Creek Historic Park.

Cumberland Rotary has maintained the park for many years and has installed benches, a picnic table, and runs an Adopt-A-Tree program in the park.
