Second Mock Water Bills Being Delivered to Water Customers

Posted on

Check your mail in the following days to find the second of four mock consumption bills that will be issued to Cumberland water customers.

Consumption-based billing will replace the current flat rate system starting for the April/May/June 2014 consumption period.

View the Water Meter Program page and Water Meter FAQ page to find answers to some of your questions about the water meter program.

If you have more questions or want to speak to Council members or staff one-on-one, attend the November 18 Water Meter Open House from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers which is located beside the Fire Hall on Dunsmuir Avenue and First Street.

Once you review your bill, please complete the online survey. Council wants your feedback on the mock bill rate before it sets the final water rates in January 2014.
