Share Your Thoughts on the Proposed Streets and Traffic Bylaw

Posted on

The Village of Cumberland is working on a new Streets and Traffic Bylaw. Council gave first and second reading to the bylaw on November 14, 2016.

The new bylaw regulates municipal matters including parking of trailers, parking of commercial vehicles, storing personal items such as firewood on public property, signs and idling.

Do you support the proposed regulations? Go to our Streets and Traffic Bylaw page to read the staff report, the proposed bylaw, and complete a short survey.

The survey is open until December 2, and third reading of the bylaw is expected to take place on December 12, 2016.
