Temporary Noise Bylaw Exemption Extended

The Village has approved an extension of the temporary noise bylaw exemption, allowing overnight operation of the asphalt plant at 4554 Cumberland Road between Sunday nights and Thursday mornings from August 13 to September 11, 2026.
Residents impacted by the noise can contact the asphalt plant directly at 250-334-6250 or provide feedback to the Village Office at info@cumberland.ca, or 250-336-2291 during regular office hours.
