Terms and Conditions

A permit must be conspicuously displayed at the premises for which it was issued.

Watering hours under a permit are daily from:

    • 4 a.m. to 10 a.m.
    • 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Under a permit:
    • New sod may be watered for 21 days after installation.
    • Newly seeded lawn may be watered until growth is established or for 49 days after installation, whichever is less.
  • Lawn watering permits are not valid under Stage 2, 3, and 4 restrictions. Permits will not be issued when Stage 2, 3, and 4 restrictions are in effect.
