Traffic Advisory – July 15th Final Phase of First Street Road & Utilities

The next and final phase of construction on First Street is scheduled to begin on July 15, 2026. These works will include sanitary and storm line separation along First Street, north of Windermere.
First Street, between Maryport and Ulverston Ave will be closed during the day, however, all sections will be open to one way traffic during the evenings and weekends. This closure is expected to last between 2- 3 weeks. Detailed notices will be provided to all residents directly affected by the works. Transit will not be affected at this time.
