Cumberland Council is scheduled to sit as a Committee of the Whole on Monday, February 5, 2018 at at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers to consider the following initial subdivision documents for the Trilogy development:

  • Environmental Protection Development Permits, and
  • replacement covenants

You can now view the proposed environmental protection development permits that were presented at the January 8, 2018 Council meeting.

The agenda for the February 5th Committee of the Whole will be available on the meeting agendas and minutes page later on in the week of January 29nd. The Committee of the Whole may forward the development permits and covenants to a subsequent Council meeting in February 2018 for consideration.
