Village Issues RFP for Liquid Waste Management Plan Project Coordinator

The Village is accepting proposals from qualified individuals to provide project coordinator services for the Village of Cumberland’s Liquid Waste Management Planning process until January 15, 2016 at 10 a.m.
The Liquid Waste Management Plan (LWMP) will re-examine sewage treatment options for the Village.
