Water Restrictions Updated to Stage 1

Effective immediately, recent rainfall has replenished reservoir levels sufficiently to allow a return to Stage 1 Water Restrictions.
If forecasted precipitation trends continue, Stage 1 Restrictions could be lifted in the coming weeks.
