2024 Property Taxes Sent Out & Homeowner Grant Applications Details

The 2024 Village of Cumberland Property Tax Notices were sent out today via email and mail. If you do not receive your Tax Notice, please contact the Village Office at 250-336-2291 or finance.voc@cumberland.ca. The due date for the 2024 Property Taxes and Home Owner Grants is July 2, 2024 to avoid a 10% penalty.
Those who have signed up for e-billing, please check your email (or spam/junk folder).
Residents are encouraged to pay using online banking or by dropping off a cheque at the Village office. More information on how to pay is included within the tax notice.
Home owner grant applications can be made online to Province of BC once you receive you tax notice.
