Council approves Crosswalk Lights at Fourth Street and Ulverston Avenue

This fall, solar powered warning lights will be installed at the crosswalk on Fourth Street/Cumberland Road at Ulverston Avenue. The Village received funding of $10,000 from ICBC for traffic safety improvements in the Village.
The total cost of the project is $13,400 plus taxes. The Village will cover the remaining costs from federal community works funds.
