2020 Property Tax Notices

Residential property owners should receive their tax notices in the mail late this week or early next week. Please pay your residential property taxes and apply for your home owner grant by July 2, 2020 to avoid a 10% penalty on any outstanding amounts.
Partial payments are welcome. It is not necessary to pay your taxes in order to claim the home owner grant.
Notices for business and industrial properties will be issued the week of June 1, 2020 and property taxes for those properties are due September 30, 2020.
