RFP: General Land Use Planning and Development Services

The Corporation of the Village of Cumberland (“The Village”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, professional consulting firms, to enter into a contract for services with a qualified firm for a three (3) year term to supplement in-house capabilities, as well as a variety of services including but not limited to zoning bylaw amendment, amenity cost charge bylaw creation, building bylaw amendment, subdivision and development bylaw amendment, review of related policies and procedures, and municipal lands and facilities planning as set out in Part D, Scope of Work, of this RFP.
The proponent will work closely with the Village’s Planning staff, Council, internal and external stakeholders, and the public to ensure the success of projects from inception to completion.
