Access to Village Office Services

Residents are encouraged to access Village office services and staff by email at info@cumberland.ca or by phone at 250-336-2291 to help protect yourself and the community against the COVID-19 virus. Most Village services can be accessed over the phone or by email.

The Village office is currently open to the public from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. til 4 p.m.

Building and Development Services are available by phone, email or by appointment only. Drop-in service is not available at this time as staff may be working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Transit passes are available for purchase at the Village office only.

Dog licences and garbage tags can be purchased at the Village Office and Recreation Centre.
