Staff will present information on the proposed development which would permit the development of 33 residential single family lots in an area located between Tenth Street, Ulverston Avenue and Dunsmuir Avenue.

Public Hearing
Formal public input to Council on the amendments to the official community plan and zoning bylaws and a new phased development agreement bylaw that would permit this development may be made in writing or at the statutory public hearing on May 29 at 7 pm.
