Council Seeking Heritage Commission Volunteers

Are you interested in Cumberland’s history? Would you like to give your input on heritage conservation in Cumberland? Council is seeking volunteers for its Heritage Commission.

The mandate of the Commission is to advise Council on heritage buildings, structures, features, and landmarks and to undertake and support authorized heritage activities such as education, research, and events.

Council is seeking one or more new volunteers for the Committee, which meets monthly at least ten times a year. Meetings are normally on the first Monday of the month at 5:45 pm.
