With the snow now melted, the Cumberland Dirt Jump Park at Village Park is undergoing a spring tune up! Ongoing work involves the reshaping and re-surfacing of the jump lines, as well as more significant improvements to the Expert Jump Line.
Users are reminded not to ride closed trails, and to avoid open trails when conditions are soft – ruts on the jump lines create hazards and make the park less fun!
The Intermediate Jump Trail is expected to be reopened in early April, with the Advanced and Expert Lines following as conditions allow.
A special thanks to Jump Park maintenance Contractor Dylan King (Earthwave Landscapes) for his dirt-sculpting magic, and for all the extra time he’s putting into making the park awesome.
