Water levels in Perseverance Creek, Coal Creek Park and nearby areas have risen rapidly and are still increasing. High river flows are expected across the coastal region over the next few days due to heavy rain and snowmelt. Water levels may rise and fall. Lake-fed rivers may peak later, into Friday or Saturday
