Invitation to Tender – 2020 Capital Projects

The Village of Cumberland invites tenders for work generally consisting of:
Mandatory Items
- Supply and installation with all required manholes, catchbasins, catchbasin leads, services, watermain appurtenances, and tie-ins:
o Sixth Street Area – 318 m of PVC storm sewer and 96 m of PVC sanitary main
o Windermere Avenue Area – 110 m of PVC storm sewer and 208 m of PVC watermain
- Re-alignment and re-surfacing with all required curbing, sidewalks, and utility relocations:
o Sixth Street Area – approximately 124 m of road
o Windermere Avenue Area – approximately 176 m of road (North sidewalk and curbing, and minimal asphalt tie-in only)
o Maryport Avenue – approximately 120 m of road’
Optional Items:
- Supply and installation with all required manholes, catchbasins, catchbasin leads, services, watermain appurtenances, and tie-ins:
o Windermere Avenue Area – 165 m of PVC storm sewer
o Cultural Centre Area – 110 m of PVC storm sewer
- Re-alignment and re-surfacing with all required curbing, sidewalks, and utility relocations:
o Windermere Avenue Area – approximately 176 m of road (South curbing, and full road reconstruction)
