The Village of Cumberland is in the process of reviewing its regulations for mobile vending, which includes food trucks and other mobile businesses, and is seeking input from both residents and businesses. As mobile vending becomes more popular, the Village aims to update its regulations to manage the impacts on the community and to ensure a fair balance between storefront businesses and mobile vending operations.
