Letters are being mailed to all Cumberland property owners informing them that electronic billing for property tax and utility accounts with the Village of Cumberland is now available. This online form can also be used to update your email address and to unsubscribe from electronic billing at any time. We encourage registration for this electronic paperless service.
How to Enroll for eBilling
To enroll, you will need the following information:
- email address
- property tax roll number found on your your property tax notice and utility bill
- civic address of your property
- phone number
