Notice of Tax Sale

The municipal tax collector will offer for sale by public auction the following parcels of real property on which property taxes are delinquent on Monday October 7, 2024, at 10 a.m. at 2675 Dunsmuir Avenue, as required by the BC Local Government Act:

These parcels will be offered for sale unless the delinquent taxes and interest are paid before the sale. Under the provisions of the Local Government Act, properties sold at the tax sale are subject to a one-year redemption period.
All bidders are required to register for the Tax Sale on the morning of October 7, 2024, at 9 a.m. at 2675 Dunsmuir Avenue. Registration requirements include photo ID and a deposit of $12,000 in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft.
