Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1176, 2022

It is proposed that a public hearing not be held for Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1176, 2022 as the proposed zoning amendment bylaw is consistent with the Official Community Plan.

The general purpose of Bylaw No. 1176 is to amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1027, 2016 to increase the maximum accessory building gross floor area and height at 4699 Cumberland Road for a substantially constructed accessory building.

The proposed bylaw will be considered for the first and second readings on September 19th, 2022. For more information on this Council meeting click here.

The bylaw may also be viewed at the Village Office at 2673 Dunsmuir Avenue, Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
