2013 Property Assessments Sent to Property Owners in the Comox Valley

The BC Assessment Authority has issued its 2013 property assessments to property owners across the province. If you haven’t received your assessment notice please contact the Courtenay Office at 250-338-6511.

Property owners have until January 31, 2013 to appeal an assessment.
