Sixth Street Closed for Special Event August 15-19, 2019

This weekend, the following temporary road closures and Village Park closures are taking place from 5 pm on Thursday, August 15, 2019 to Monday, August 19, 2019 at noon for Cumberland Wild at Village Park:
- The playing field area, Colliery trail behind the dog park, and parking area near the BMX track of Village Park will be closed
- closure of Sixth Street from Dunsmuir Avenue to Keswick Avenue
- Parking restrictions on Dunsmuir Avenue in front of the Village Park playground
The playground, tennis courts, basketball court, off-leash dog park, skateboard park, jump park will remain open however vehicle access will be limited.
The event has received exemptions from the Noise Bylaw
- on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from noon to Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 1 am, and
- on Sunday, August 18, 2019 from noon to midnight.
