Village Patching Winter Road Damage

Now that the snow and ice is melting, it’s clear that this winter is doing some damage to our streets.
Cumberland had an extremely wet fall followed by six weeks of freezing conditions. Now the ground is thawing and the pavement is failing on some of our older streets where there is no gravel road structure.
