Construction Activities at Wastewater Treatment Plant

Weekend work will help complete critical upgrades to handle increased flows with seasonal rain.
Beginning September 19, crews and equipment will be on-site at the wastewater treatment plant at 2934 Ulverston Avenue on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at approximately 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. This weekend work schedule will continue for the next two weekends.
This temporary change in schedule is necessary to complete critical treatment plant upgrades before the start of the rainy season. By completing this work now, the plant will be better prepared to handle increased flows once seasonal rains begin.
Nearby residents may notice increased noise and equipment activity during these hours. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep this essential infrastructure upgrade on schedule.
