Troy was elected to Cumberland Council in 2022 after serving on the Village of Cumberland’s Advisory Planning Commission.

Troy has been a resident of Cumberland since 2013, when he moved here with his partner Beth to start a family. Troy is the owner/founder of Learn Comox Valley and offers math and science tuition to students throughout the Comox Valley.

Troy has a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics. When not engaged in council duties or tutoring, he can also often be found on the disc golf course or on the slopes of Mount Washington, where he teaches skiing.
