Courtenay, Comox and other residents in the Comox Valley are subject to a boil water advisory as the rainfall experienced over the last several days has increasing turbidity levels in Comox Lake.
Cumberland is served by the Perseverance Creek and Cumberland Creek watersheds. Turbidity levels in these surface water sources are not at advisory level at this time.
There have been turbidity spikes in the watershed with the recent rainfall, however the levels have not required a boil water advisory.
Any boil water advisory for Cumberland will be posted at cumberland.ca.
